I bought this extra long Feeler Gauge set to measure the impeller clearances on our jet boats and jetskis. I was easily able to reach in from the outside to the impeller blades and check the clearances. It appears to be a nicely made set of gauges. Highly recommended if you need to get measurements in hard to reach places.

I just finished using these feeler gauges for the valve adjustment on my bike. The valve covers are hard to reach on the vertical cylinder so I got these hoping it would make the job easier. It did.....much easier in fact. The only downside I found with these was the width. If they tapered a little at the end it would've been a little better for my application. Still, well worth the money to have these in the toolbox next to my standard length sets. |
