I use this urn for a weekly farmer's market. It is very easy to use, and cleans well. Like all urns I've used, I do wish the bottom could be disconnected to make it easier to sterilize.

been using it for a while now. Great quality. We are very happy. It was pricy but I have to say, worth the investment especially since so many are aluminum and studies say that causes cancer. I first bought one that was aluminum and my hubbie made me return it. He insisted on stainless steel.
