PROS: This unit has a sturdy, stable base that sits nicely on a desk or table and doesn't move around while the cuff is put in place. We especially like the feature allowing more than one user to take pressures & maintain histories. The digital display is easy to read and indicates how your blood pressure compares to established health guidelines. The zippered travel case is a handy feature for those on the go. We have taken our monitor to the doctor to compare its readings with the doctor's monitor and they were nearly identical. We were amazed at the accuracy of this home monitor!

CONS: The only thing we had difficulty getting used to was the way the cuff is applied on the arm. It applies in the opposite direction from a monitor we had been using previously, causing us to put the cuff on upside down. Our adjustment issue might have more to do with us switching monitors than it does a flaw with this monitor's design. It just seems that the arm cuff application for this monitor is counter-intuitive.

OVERALL: This monitor is a great value, providing many features for a low price.

It is a very good looking blood pressure monitor. Its automatic pressurization feature gives comfort and ease to use. You do not have to pump again and again. Reading is very accurate and large LCD display makes it easy to read. Average reading is also a nice feature. Memory storage is also very helpful.

I recently had a check up where my blood pressure was high. This was a first so my doctor suggested that before we look into chemical intervention we monitor my pressure for a while. This led me to my purchase. It was a little confusing in putting the cuff on properly but once we got that straightened out the machine works great and allows me to keep constant track of my pressure.

Ok, I have had the high blood pressure for about 3 years now, Im in my 30s and should have this but I do. I take meds but never really know if they are working or what my BP is during the day. So I looked for a small home BP machine, this is it. I love it its very light easy to use, has room for many different users and keeps memory for all of them. I took it to the Drs yesterday to see if its working right or not, it was, every time I tested it and then they ran my BP it was right on. So now I know I have the right BP at home all day any day! I can see my BP lower after I take my meds and I can see it go up if i do too much and I know when to take a break.

If your in the market for a cheaper home BP machine than look no further, this is it, works great. The only reason i gave it 4 out of five is because I feel they could have included the AC cord, it has a spot for a cord but no cord came with it, now aim on the look out for a AC cord that fits this (DC 6volt) will be easier for me to use it plugged in than to replace batteries every month or more.

Overall, this is a good buy!

I am a nurse and am not sure how accurate this device it. I bought it after reading other reviews. It gets extremely tight on the arm and I get entirely different readings within an hour. Either my BP is all over the place or this unit in inaccurate. I thought of sending it back but I am still not sure what is going on. The only great thing was the price but that is not important if I am not getting the true results.

I thought it seemed like a good buy - and might be better than the wrist monitor I have been using.In fact my doctor suggested I use an arm type cuff/monitor for accuracy however, the cuff "pops" off of my arm when inflated, making me think the cuff is too small for my arm. Also the numbers are all over the place. My pulse rate registered 188 (No way !!).

I would like to buy a larger cuff to replace the one that came with the monitor without having to pay a lot more !. Any suggestions ?.

Alternative - Wal-Mart has a larger cuff which will fit the monitor - so all is not compltely lost; although had to pay extra making the cuff I bought at Amazon.com more expensive. In other words, I would not have purchased this monitor if I had known it would not fit !!.

The blood pressure monitor is easy to use and gives peace of mind. It's fast and easy. Just slip over arm, plug the pressure bag in and press the botton. Its automatic so in about 45 seconds you have a reading of heart rate and blood pressures. You can avarage three different readings or store in the memory. It hurts if the bag is wrapped too tight. I get an error message sometimes if my arm isnt propped up right but overall its a good, reliable product.

When I recieve my SFO Fully Automatic Advanced Arm Blood Pressure Monitor, me and my co-workers was amazed at the product and we atart to try using it.. its was accurate and easy to use in just one press of the button and u will get the result. i rate this product a five star and i recommend this to other people. im planning to get another 2 of this for my mother and for the parent of my friend as a gift, thank's to amazon.

I completely agree with the nurse, Barbara. Very inconsitant and painful on the arm. Very unhappy and want to return but cannot get a reply from the seller Sejoy. No software was included. I regret this purchase.

Good quality. The cuff is comfortable and the readings are easy to understand, the memory feature is a plus.
