I got this item and I immediately tested it. I used it with and without external electrodes and it was not working. I asked both the producer and the seller and the final result of my inquiry was: broken item. I sent the item back but I still lost some money more due to mailing fees (higher than the default mail expenses returned by Amazon).
Another problem of the item was that the cable for external electrodes could not plugs to the Portable ECG (the plug was larger than the plastic hole in the shell). The use of the item was easy enough and the software was working properly. Finally, because of all the problems of this item, I bought a different Handheld Portable ECG, more expensive but I hope more reliable.

It is just a hack. Very bad workmanship. You cannot even print or load the data of your ECG. They won't answer your emails too, the Chinese company simply doesn't care.

I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THIS PRODUCT. THE SOFTWARE WON'T LOAD ON ANY OF MY COMPUTER (WINDOWS 7) I HAVE SENT EMAILS ABOUT THIS PROBLEM, BUT NEVER HEARD BACK ONCE. IT IS USLESS IF YOU CAN'T DOWNLOAD, VIEW, AND PRINT STRIPS FOR YOUR DOCTOR TO SEE. I BELIEVE THE PROBLEM IS WITH THE SELLER, WHO DOESN'T SEEM TO CARE, NOT THE PRODUCT. I'M SURE THERE IS A REASON THE SOFTWARE DOSE'NT WORK, EITHER SOMETHING IN THE PROGRAM OR THE ACTUAL DISK WHICH COULD EASILY BE REPLACED. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SELLER.

This ia a wonderful little machine! I cannot wait to share this with others! I always found Cardiology so very exciting! This is a great tool to have, and it is, seemingly quite accurate, thus far. AND, the service from the company is superior, too! Thank-you, Amazon, for featuring this gem! Pegris
