i purchased serveral item from SGP store and this was the first time i had problem with a product.
I contacted sgp amazon and they sent me the replacement right away, which worked fine.

i had a huge problem with installing my protector. I thought i screw up while i was installing the screen protector. but later i found out that it was because of adhesive not strong enough to stick on to the screen. So i had to email Amazon SGP to get replacement. They did what they suppose to do. They provided me with another screen protector, and the second time installing the protector, i didn't have the same problem. it looks good on my ipad.

it feels good on the screen. I like how sgp guys included little dust removal stickers, it was really helpful while installing my screen protector.
