The product works great. Plug it in and it loads the drivers automatically. I use it to access my government e-mail from anywhere. Just download the certificates and you will be ready to go. It reads my CAC every time. I have not had any problems so far. I would recommend this card reader. Makes life just a little bit easier.

Works great with Navy-Marine Corps Internet (NMCI) Service. All I had to do was use the Smart Card Driver CD, then it worked just fine. I have Windows 7.

I am in the military and bought this CAC reader to access sites from home. BUT prior to buying, I would check out stanleyglobaltech.com for better pricing. All in all the reader works and fairly easy to install. If you are in the military and you want access at home, you NEED one of these and this one is one of the best

Works as advertised, I'm satisfied
It won't make your breakfast but it does what I paid for. The difficulty was downloading all the DOD software so I could digitally sign forms but that's not this reader's fault. Read more

Any issues you encounter...
Are because you either received a bad device, or you aren't doing it right. Installation was very simple. Downloading the appropriate software/drivers was a quick Google search. Read more

Dont buy this!
Don't buy this if you are trying to set up your Military CAC at home. Didn't work with all 3 computers in our household with various operating systems. Waste of money!

Must Buy!!!!
This is the best CAC reader I have ever used. Plugged in and started working immediately, didn't have to download any certificates and had complete access to my AKO and ATTRS.

Defective device
