Product Description
IM+ Pro All-in-One Messenger
An all-in-one communication tool
IM+ Pro All-in-One Messenger
Connect to multiple social networking and instant messaging accounts

IM+ Pro All-in-One Messenger is a mobile IM app that allows you to connect to multiple instant messaging and social networking accounts at the same time. With this app, you can say goodbye to jumping between various services and start managing all of your contacts from one place.

Consolidate Your Chat Services

Stay connected to your friends, family, and business contacts anywhere and anytime with IM+ Pro All-in-One Messenger. Chat in Facebook, Skype, MSN/Live Messenger, Google Talk, Yahoo!, AIM/iChat, ICQ, Fetion, RenRen, Jabber, mig33, SINA Weibo, VKontakte, Odnoklassniki, Mamba.Ru, Mail.Ru Agent, MeinVZ, Gadu-Gadu and Yandex IM chat in one app. Once you've configured each account with your login and password, you can choose to auto-connect with all services on startup. To start chatting, tap on any contact in your Contacts list. It's that simple.

Connect with All Your Contacts

IM+ Pro All-in-One Messenger lets you organize contact groups, see which contacts are online or offline, track your message history, set a global status across all of your social networking platforms, and share your GPS location. Enjoy group chat conversations in Skype and MSN. Send photos and audio files to your friends and family from within the app.

Enjoy Fabulous Features

IM+ Pro will even record incoming Skype calls and send you a link to the recorded voice file or you can choose to have all incoming calls rejected. In ICQ, you can block authorization requests from users not on your contact list. IM+ Pro also integrates with your Android address book and offers LED notification and custom sounds for incoming messages. Best of all, there is no cost per message, so you can send photos, videos, voice messages, and IMs for free.

What more could you want from a mobile IM app? IM+ Pro is the all-in-one communication tool to have at your fingertips.

A note about permissions: IM+ Pro uses low-level system log files to enable its customer support features. IM+ Pro customers can send a support request or crash report right from the app, and the logs help the developers quickly understand and rectify any issues. This information is in no way shared with any third parties.

We care about your privacy: IM+ Pro transfers your messages through encrypted (SSL) channel. As additional option, you can set up Master Password to protect your communication for a case if your smart phone or tab is stolen or lost.

1.0 out of 5 stars A Security Hazard October 10, 2011
I used IM+ last year -- a great product, great interface, worked without a hitch. Or so I thought.

Turns out, logins to any IM services are done via an IM+ server, with no way (at least at that time) to opt out of it. What that means is that your username and password are sent to IM+ and they login on your behalf. They do this to enable some of their features, like not dropping messages as you drive into and out of contact with cell towers.

I saw no indication that the folks behind IM+ were doing anything wrong with the passwords, but the architecture is such that someone else may be intercepting those username and passwords and harvesting them, and I couldn't take that chance. And to be fair, several other IM apps do the same thing.

Caveat User!

2.0 out of 5 stars On par with eBuddy, Use Trillian Pro October 10, 2011
I tried it, very basic features ran sluggish on Dell Streak Mini 5 with 2.2.2 I would put it about on par as the free eBuddy app. Video chai I love ooVoo and IM its Trillian

1.0 out of 5 stars very serious security concerns October 10, 2011
all connections go through their server (which means they can read all your messages and even send messages from you), and the app contains spyware.

3.0 out of 5 stars Nice try but, I'm still using Trillian IM October 10, 2011
I tried using this for about 10-15 minutes while at home chatting with a friend. Just not impressed. It's slow, the UI is clunky/unrefined. It just really doesn't make me want to use it for chatting on my phone. Trillian on the other hand is refined, fast, and does what I want. New features and updates are consistently added, and most importantly, it does what it's supposed to do, as advertised.

EDIT: There are reports that Amazon doesn't update Trillian on their app store as frequently as the Android Market. I would suggest getting it on the official Android Market just to be sure you get the most recent version and it's updates when they are released.

1.0 out of 5 stars Latest update hogs power December 24, 2011
Verified Purchase
After I installed the latest update, it immediately began using a huge amount of power. The program's "force stop" option under Settings > Applications > Battery Usage was grayed out, so I had to uninstall the program.

1.0 out of 5 stars No More Skype
With the removal of Skype support, and Skype being the one option that made IM+ worth using, this company has shot themselves in the foot. The app no longer has any valid use.
