This was a waste of money. It is paper thin and is to small for the cart.
The manufacturer should be ashamed to even sell this. I wouldn't recommend anyone to buy this. I would give it 0 stars if I could.

The picture of the shopping cart liner shows a top (cover) on the liner. That is why I bought this item, but it did not come with a top. I have a cart, and needed a liner for it with a top, but I was very disappointed. So it was a waste of money for me.

I like it when it's new (this is my 2nd purchase) but eventually it starts to tear. I wish they'd make these in vinyl like one I used to have years ago.
