This was a waste of money. It is paper thin and is to small for the cart.
The manufacturer should be ashamed to even sell this.
I wouldn't recommend anyone to buy this.
I would give it 0 stars if I could.

The picture of the shopping cart liner shows a top (cover) on the liner. That is why I bought this item, but it did not come with a top. I have a cart, and needed a liner for it with a top, but I was very disappointed. So it was a waste of money for me.

I like it when it's new (this is my 2nd purchase) but eventually it starts to tear. I wish they'd make these in vinyl like one I used to have years ago.

I purchased this liner for a large cart with basket and it fits just fine.

The straps to attach the bag to the basket are a little loose, I wrapped the side ones around the cart frame twice. I might just make adjustments to the other straps by sewing them to make the straps shorter, for a firmer fit on the cart.

Someone with basic sewing skills could probably make one easily enough with left over fabrics. But its cheap enough to just buy and be done.

i think the quality is not that good compared at that price. but overall,it's okay

This review is exclusively for the liner, NOT the cart!
Pros:
- It truly fits a large Shopping Cart.
- Good quality VELCRO tabs for adherence to cart. Well placed also.
- It comes with a top cover - an extension of the rear side -, which also properly adheres with VELCRO
tape/tabs upon the front ones
- Price affordability.

Cons:
- The quality of the " fabric " - to call the liner itself somehow - is UNACCEPTABLE!
It is NOT WASHABLE. NOR doesn't seem WATERPROOF. It is a thin wooven mixed cotton which resemble very much the small tote/bag sold at your local supermaket for $ 1.00. I recall washing those in my washing machine -upload type- and comming out totally destroyed. If you have the new front load washing machines, they might survive. I encourage your trying because they have that " filthy feeling " - literally -. I had to take an alcohol swab to wash my hands after placing it in cart!

Comments: This only CON defeats the purpose of the liner itself, if you will be taking it on errands to the supermaket for groceries or to the Laundry.
The concept is great: To have a liner to give privacy to your cart contents; to make fall proof the cart - yes, my cart doesn't have vertical rails on the side walls , so things fall through the large rectangular holes -. Above all to protect it from sun/rain. And this is where an " angel investor " is welcome: To develop one liner with the same features but of a Nylon like material. TRULY STRONG & WATERPROOF,WASHABLE MATERIAL!.

One word on seller. I bought it right here in Amazon, seller was UNIQUE IMPORTS with fast delivery - arrived 3 days after I bought it - with the lowest price at $ 2.49. However, it seems they are making part of the profits on shipping charges making it un-practical to return!

So look around to see if this liner exists in another material.If you can't find it and still really need it, go for it! But with seconds thought about relaibility/ durability/ and WASHABILITY! Like me, you might wind up giving it 2 stars assigned by Amazon for: " I didn't like it ".

Regarding another reviewers comments that you must place the cart horizontally once you place the liner, that's wrong. If you kept the original claw hook of the cart, all you have to do it is to place it lower, towards the bottom and pull up a little bit the liner! The cart will be standing up vertically closed and yet with the liner snug fit.

If you live in an apartment & you have to park far from your front door this is a lifesaver! I used to lug armfuls of very heavy grocery bags in 100 degree heat & it was just miserable. After I got this I never had to worry about it again. It's also perfect for trips to the park when you don't want to carry all of the blankets, food, & toys. My friends call it my old lady cart but I think they're just jealous.

I NEVER SAW A LINER WITHOUT A TOP AND I CERTAINLY WOULD NOT HAVE ORDERED ONE.

Great buy to go along with the cart, it is actually better constructed than I expected for the price charged. The material is on the thick side and fairly rain resistant. The velcro closures fit snugly to the cart and stay in place. The top flap extends over the entire opening and also closes with velcro. The only downside is having to fold the cart bag down to close it flat for use inside the grocery store. Other than that I'd say the bag meets or exceeds all expectations.

bought this to help move items from car to campsite. My husband is disabled and cart is a help moving 40lb. tent and supplies when car camping. Well made and moves easily. Thanks Amazon, would highly recommend. I bought the liner which is waterproof.
