My very valued friend,Bethany, had this on her wish list. I bought it mostly cause of that, although, though I know nothing of women's fashions,I did feel there was something about the shoulder & neck design that was very evocative of ancient Greece. Being a major fan of ancient history; fantasy films such as "Fellowship of the Ring" and the NEW version of "Conan the Barbarian", I felt it made a perfect gift For someone who seems like she stepped out of a mythological time and From someone like me who loves stories like those I mentioned.
