The teeth are VERY big and I don't think any person could hold them in his mouth for very long. However, the reaction you get from the combination of the ears and teeth is priceless. It really does say "donkey." The quality of the molded teeth is probably not high but we washed it carefully prior to use and will pull it out from time to time to get a laugh.
