Cherish the convenience of the LCD Screen with Stitch Selection Dial, Start / Stop Button with Speed Control, Extra-Large Sewing Space and 231 built-in stitches including a Block Alphabet and Numbers, 6 fully automatic 1-step buttonholes and 1 endless buttonhole.

The SINGER One Plus computerized sewing machine boasts more possibilities than you can imagine. It is all about ease, technology and style. It's a sewing machine made for the way you sew.

SINGER One Plus

LCD Screen with Stitch Selection Dial

Provides clear and easy viewing of stitch settings including the number and image of the selected stitch, stitch length settings and stitch width settings.
SINGER One Plus

Programmable Needle Up / Down

The needle can be programmed to stop in the highest up position, making it easier to remove fabric from the machine. The needle can also be programmed to stop in the down position which is ideal for pivoting, appliquéing and quilting.

SINGER One Plus

SwiftSmart Threading

The easiest threading system! Simply guide the thread directly from the spool to the needle area through a single groove and thread the needle by simply pressing the lever for effortless threading!

SINGER One Plus

Presser Foot Sensor

Ensures the presser foot is in the proper position for an easy start. The machine will not begin to sew if the presser foot is raised, reducing the chance of thread bunching.
SINGER One Plus

Automatic Twin Needle Mode

Select stitches automatically adjust for twin needle sewing with just the touch of the Twin Needle button.

SINGER One Plus

Speed Control Lever & Start/Stop Button

Unplug the foot control, press the Start button and the machine sews. You are still in complete control over the speed - just slide the Speed Control lever to the desired speed.

SINGER One Plus

Stitch Elongation on Select Stitches

Press the Elongation button and eight stitches are made 2 to 3 times longer.

SINGER One Plus

Drop & Sew Bobbin

With this special top drop-in bobbin system, there’s no longer any need to raise the bobbin thread before sewing. Just drop and sew!

SINGER One Plus

Drop Feed

A conveniently located lever lowers the feed dogs for free-motion embroidery, stippling and button sewing.

SINGER One Plus

Extra-Large Sewing Space

The arm of the machine measures 14.7” providing a more spacious work area—an essential for quilting, home décor sewing or when working with other large projects.

Stitch Memory with Editing
Save and edit select stitch combinations to create personalized designs!

Heavy-Duty Metal Frame
The internal rigid support holds all the mechanisms in perfect alignment for skip-free sewing and overall durability.

Automatic Stitch Length & Width
Optimal settings for stitch length and width are automatically set, but can be overridden for more personalized sewing. The LCD Screen provides clear and easy viewing of stitch settings including the number and image of the selected stitch, stitch length settings and stitch width settings.

3 StayBright LED Lights
Three lamps illuminate the sewing surface for optimal viewing. The long-lasting bulbs (100,000 hours) stay cool regardless of how long the machine operates.

Direct Selection Stitches
The three most popular stitches are accessible at the touch of your fingertips. The other stitches are simply the turn of a dial away.

7mm Stitch Width
Many satin and decorative stitches can be set for a maximum width of 7mm.

Removable Free Arm
Provides access to cuffs, collars, pant hems and other difficult-to-reach areas.

One Cycle Stitch Button
On select stitches, the One Cycle Stitch Button sews a single unit of the stitch, allowing for complete creativity. If you press the button when sewing a stitch sequence, the machine will stop at the end of the cycle being sewn.

Tacking Stitch Button
Tie-off any stitch with just a push of the Tacking Stitch Button. Three tiny tacking stitches reinforce patterns and stitches to prevent unraveling.

Center Zigzag Taper
When tapering with the zigzag stitch, the stitch tapers to the center not the left or right, providing a more attractive look when tapering into or out from a point.

Automatic Tension
This system ensures stable stitch quality regardless of the type of fabric.

7-Segment Feeding System
This is a specially designed feed dog that ensures that the fabric is picked up and supported from the front of the presser foot to the back. This provides for accurate feeding of the fabric.

Box Feed
The feed dogs move in a box motion, rather than the historic arc motion. The box motion assures perfect feeding throughout the entire feed process, as the feed dogs are always in perfect and equal contact with the fabric and presser foot.

Automatic Presser Foot Pressure Control
The amount of pressure exerted on the fabric by the presser foot against the feed dogs is adjusted automatically. Sew from the lightest weight tricots to the heaviest denim, without making presser foot pressure adjustments.

Automatic Reverse
Push the conveniently located automatic reverse button to sew in reverse and reinforce the stitch.

Sewing Speed
With a maximum sewing speed of 750 stitches-per-minute, projects can be sewn quickly.

Thread Cutter
Located on the machine for precise thread cutting, eliminating the extra step of cutting thread with scissors.

13 Needle Positions
Needle position can be changed for individual projects like inserting zippers, cords and topstitching.

Accessory Storage
The accessories are conveniently stored in the removable storage compartment providing easy access.

Snap-On Presser Feet
Easily change snap-on presser feet without use of a screwdriver.

Extra-High Presser Foot Lifter
Offers ¼” of more clearance, which is needed when placing multiple layers or bulky fabric under the presser foot.

Horizontal Threading
Quality stitches begin with proper thread delivery. Placing the thread spool in the horizontal position allows for the thread to feed more evenly, reducing poor stitch formation and thread breakage.

DC Motor
Provides instant start up and stop with no coasting, for accurate and precise stitch placement.

Warranty
Limited 25-year warranty including 5-year electronic components and 1-year adjustments

Vine Customer Review of Free Product ( What's this? )
Can a person fall in love with a sewing machine? Can smooth stitching, whisper quiet operation, rows of tiny stitched heart, and automatically sized buttonholes bewitch a normal person?

The answer is yes! Before this machine I was just a utilitarian seamstress. No frills, just hems, seams, and quilt piecing. Straight stitches with an occasional zigzag thrown in. But this SINGER One Plus has rocked my world. I have spent hours playing with all the custom stitches this machine can sew. I'm in love.

But my love is not blind. This machine has a lot of fantastic features, but it is not without a few minor flaws. Keep reading if you want the mind-numbing details.

✔ Whisper Quiet - This machine is quiet, silent. No chug, chug, chug noise like my old machine.

✔ Smooth Operation - The stitching is smooth and fluid. The fabric is pulled along at an even pace and all I need to do is give it a guiding hand.

✔ Threading - Threading the machine is easy, but I have to admit I screwed it up the first time. I tried to figure it out on my own (without reading the instruction), and ended up with a wad of shredded thread. Don't be like me, read the instructions.

✔ Automatic Needle Threader - This machine has is a nifty feature that will automatically thread the needle for you. The auto threaded is this bulky mechanism that hangs off the side of the needle casing. At first I thought about trying to remove it, but, surprisingly, it works very well. It threads the needle on the first try every time. Guess I'll leave it attached.

✘ Winding the Bobbin - The instructions on winding the bobbin were pretty clear, but I still had some trouble.

I have had this machine since the launch in jan 2013 and it was a night vs day difference to my basic walmart Singer machine.
what i liked
needle up/down settting - i cant tell you how much this helps when sewing!!! You dont go too far if your head and foot arent thinking the same second.
variable speed setting- love that i can set the speed at which i sew in case i get a lead foot
extra lighting so you can see your work and needle

What didnt matter
all of the 200+ stitches! I sew to supplement income and ive only used about 20 of the stitches to be honest
Auto bobbin threader-didnt use this because it doesnt catche the bobbin thread until the second stitch. Not good for sale items.

What is wrong
well like i said. Had it almost a year and the stitches started looping and missing. I tried everything i could then brought it to a repair place and even they couldnt figure it out without hours of labor and voiding the warranty. Repair tech said this is a very common problem with Singer brand computerized machines and why he let his Singer warranty repair license expire; thats all hed get in and they were time consuming.
*we will see how warranty service is. I dont think i should have to pay to ship a product to be fixed within the warranty time frame.

Vine Customer Review of Free Product ( What's this? )
Excellent machine - comparison to prior Singer and Brother models. Several years ago I decided to learn how to sew...or relearn as the case may be. Like many people, my prior experience had been on an old Kenmore and an equally old Singer sewing machine that were heavy on weight but light on features. An automatic button hole was pretty much state of the art and forget something as convenient as a drop in bobbin. I purchased a Singer 7470 Confidence and was impressed with the updates...at least until I discovered the new Brother machines which quickly became my personal favorite. The Brother machines were light weight, had oodles of great stitches with an easy to read control panel, drop in bobbin, easy threader (which did NOT work properly), ample lighting and my personal favorite...the ability to use a hand control rather than foot control. Needless to say, I switched machines and didn't look back...until now.

This Singer is substantially heavier than the Brother machine but not in a bad way...don't get me wrong, it's still a lightweight and portable machine but has a more solid feeling with the exception of the thread holder (more on that in a minute). It comes with a light cover (a very nice touch!), has ample lighting and Singer has since corrected the prior problem of finding/locating stitches by following the lead of Brother/other brands and placing it all in front of your face. Switching stitches is now as simple as can be...just look up the desired stitch and put it in. Nice wide work area, drop in bobbin and auto threader. The LCD screen is a bit weak but sufficient. One thing I do wish this had was the option to work by hand rather than use only the foot...

I bought this sewing machine on my way home from taking my $2000.00 Pfaff sewing machine back to the repair shop, AGAIN. I have been sewing since I was about 5 and I first learned to sew on an old knee pedal black and gold decorated Singer that was probably from the 1920's. I then moved up to a Singer Golden Touch and Sew that was from the early 1970's. That was a touchy machine, but I put thousands of hours of sewing into it and when it worked it worked well. I still own it and still love/hate it.
This new Singer has not disappointed me at all. So simple to thread. I thought I was doing something wrong because there were not all sorts of hooks and bars to try to get the thread through or behind. New technology is amazing. I love the drop in bobbin. The tension works great and stays adjusted well. The straight stitch is smooth and neater than the one on the Pfaff I mentioned earlier. The decorative stitches are smooth and easy to set up and use.
The only thing I can say that I found difficult is that the manual is printed in 3 languages, with all three translations on the same page. It makes it difficult for continuity because the human eye is going to try to read across the page just out of habit. I am going to scan the pages into a printer and then just print out the parts that are in English. The manual is a bit vague also, and it seems so poorly written that I doubt that someone who has never sewn before could take this sewing machine out of the box and begin using it based only on the manual.
