I have been watching this market for a while, waiting for the price of the radios and the merging of the two companies. Now that the dust has settled the prices are great and the service is solid, made a long trip from Texas to Michigan not a single break in signal

My husband bought this this model to replace one he had for a couple of years because he thought it was broken only to find out later that it was just the antenna. Either way, this model looks better and works great. We hope to get a longer life out of this one!

This is a nice, portable radio. Not the most fancy in the Sirius family, but it's small enough where you can put it in your pocket and easily transport it between cars. Nice channel lineup, including all styles of music, talk, and comedy. Those who enjoy sports or Howard Stern will especially love this.

Makes driving almost fun!

Product is only okay. Had trouble initially with FM transmission to my Silverado radio (couldn't find a station that wasn't quickly overridden by regular stations) but Sirius techs were great and not only sent a special adapter but authorized Best Buy to install everything. Now only problem is a lot of their programming is simply from regular radio. That means commercials and the volume of those commercials is significantly higher than regular programs. That annoyance leads me to listen to a lot of local radio when in municipal areas. But when long distance traveling I appreciate "set it and forget it". If I was starting over, I'd get a different receiver that enables a la carte and then get the cheap package.

The sirius radio came quickly and in good condition. I did have to get help in installation for it;s best use, but it made a long 3500 mile trip a pleasure.

I got this as a replacement and am fairly pleased with it. My only complaint is it rattles in the dock while driving. A thin piece of adhesive backed rubber will fix it.

if you buy this radio you must already be a radio fan; you need to consider your geographic location because the antenna does not work just anywhere(windowsill); i needed an "echo repeater system" which is now extremely difficult to get; as for the car use you need some patience in running the wires, etc. when all is done though, the clear reception and various station choices make this worth the effort

This was a great addition to my car. The radio works very well and the installation was not difficult at all. Would definately recommend this product

If you are looking for satellite radio and expect to install this using the adapter through your FM antenna, then you will be extremely disappointed in the audio quality. It is AM radio quality, at best. It is no where near CD or even MP3 quality. Using the wireless antenna to connect through your external antenna is even worse. It is a mono AM radio sound. In my experience, using the FM adapter caused me to lose some of my FM stations. Fortunately, I discovered this before I wasted my money on a 1-year contract with Sirius.

For the price I love this radio. I went with SIRIUS because you can get NFL on the basic program plan. The FM transmitter that's built in is decent, but not great. Very easy to set up, very easy to use. I never read the book and have it all figured out. If you are looking for a first radio, go with this one.
