This 'book' should not be listed for sale. The writer is barely literate. The full text takes only 10 minutes to read and does not meet the expectations implied in the title. It could be described as initial draft notes for an opening chapter at best, and is certainly not ready for publication in any format. Don't waste your time or your money buying this nonsense.
