I selected this case after reading the reviews on how the case fit the Z7 like a glove... and all those reviews are right on point. There are some reviews that claim that you can case your bow with a loaded quiver and that is something I was interested in since I have a 2 piece quiver that is a pain in the rear to take off and put on frequently. However, there are some caveats.

-The case has a nice furry lower potion to set the bow in... and the bow fits in there nice and snug. Almost too snug if you ask me, but as with all new things, it will mold itself in no time to the bow's shape. I do not see that as an issue at all.
-There are four latches and two of them lock. With the case latched it stays closed and the halves to not wiggle... and that is a problem I have experienced with other bow/rifle/gun cases.

Now let talk about the quiver... like most people I have a stabilizer on my bow. It is 4" long and the bow bits inside the case with it installed with no problems. However, the bow sit in the case a little off center and the quiver hits the pad on the lid preventing it from closing. Not good and not what I was expecting.
You have two choices... Remove the quiver or remove the stabilizer... if you want to close the lid that is.
Right now I took off the stabilizer and put it inside a sock to prevent it from scratching things up when I move the case around.
There is a chance that I may be able to try to mold some of the padding to give me enough space to have everything attached to the bow since it is only off by a tiny bit... I know the picture on Amazon shows the bow with the quiver and stabilizer inside the case but keep in mind that the picture also has the case open ;)

There is also no place to strap down anything inside the case.

As others said fits the Z7 like a glove. A kwikee quiver doesn't fit attached to bow. Nice construction, well built and surprisingly light. There is no tie downs for a release, but could be added as others mentioned. I am very happy with the case, and highly recommend it to anyone with a mathews Z7

I purchased this case for my Mathews MR7 and it fit the bow like a glove. The bow was held firmly in place without any straps at all. I was torn between this case and the Plano All weather, and initially I went with the SKB because of the fit and the fact that it is significantly lighter and a little smaller overall than the Plano.

After using the case for a little while I became a little annoyed with a few design deficiencies. First was the fact that the arrow holder in the case was too short for my arrows, so they were not held in place well. I have a 30 inch draw, so my arrows are long, but not ridiculous. Second was the fact that there is not much room in the case for accessories like a quiver, tool kit, rangefinder, etc.

Durability worried me a little with this case because it is not TSA approved or really designed for airline travel. Sure enough, after a couple of months of light use (to and from the mountains in the back of my SUV) my case developed a crack on it's top side (where the handle and latches are). I contacted SKB customer service immediately, and they were fantastic. After I sent a couple pictures of the case SKB shipped a brand new case without any hassle.

Unfortunately by this point my confidence in the case was shaken. I was not comfortable using a case with questionable longevity and durability to house an investment like my bow, and I wound up exchanging the replacement case for a Plano 108110 Bow Guard AW Bow Case Black. While the Plano is definitely heavier and more unwieldy, I can fit everything that I want in the case and I am confident that it would survive being driven over by a truck or subjected to baggage handlers (I'm not sure which is worse).

Great case for parallel limb bows. I bought this for a Mathews Heli-m and it fits like a glove. It doesn't have any tie downs for the bow, but it doesn't need it. My only issue is that you can only use a short stabilizer for it to fit. If you have more than a 5-6 inch stabilizer, you will have take it off.

Very nice case, fur like material inside. My Z7 fits perfect. Well built, and is lighter with my Mathews in it than most cases are empty. My Z7 also fits with my loaded Mathews arrow web quiver attached. Only down side is there are no tie down straps for bow or stabilizer, but can be added easily.

It holds my new Heli-m in very snug with a 4" stabilizer and Mathews 5 arrow web quiver attached. Calling it a great case is an understatement. I highly recommend it.

This case holds my new Mathews Heli-m great, but not with the T-5 ArrowWeb quiver filled with 30" arrows. The fletches get mangled by the foam cushions, because the space is not wide enough to accomodate the full spread of arrows. Also, there doesn't seem to be a great way to mount tools and accessories.

I purchased this case based on a friend of mine who picked it up and said it fit his new Matthews Heli. I also purchased a new Matthews Heli and was looking for a good lite weight case with good protection and ease of use. This case has got it for the the money. My Heli fits great with the Quiver attached and room for arrows and accessories.
