Really, there's nothing wrong with the case itself. I just don't like it.
I don't like the fact that I'm trusting my $300 mixer to a nylon strap and a plastic buckle. I don't like that the foam they provide to pad the lid (and keep the mixer in place during transport) screws up my channel settings. I don't like that I have to remove the mixer from the case in order to use it. I don't like that the glue holding the velcro from the cleats has already given out.
It good for what it is... I was honestly expecting this to be a rackmount unit (purchased it elsewhere), and was led to believe that the strap and buckle enclosure was "added security" to latches on the case.
