I purchased this product because I recently had knee surgery and I used the ladder as part of my rehab. This product is fantastic. I didn't want to spend an arm and a leg for such a simple product and this was the perfect fit. The rungs on the ladder are very durable and the video that was supplied gave me some additional exercises that helped me expand on my rehab at home.
As a Crossfit trainer I also use this product for warm ups on the field. I like the fact that it came with ground spikes to pin the ladder down into the ground.
This product is very durable and easy to transport as it bundles up together in a nice tote bag.
All together I am very pleased with this product.

I didn't think I would ever buy a piece like this, but it really is a fast and efficeint way to set up a ladder drill, and there are so many ways to run the ladder or fit it into another drill. I t is better than most products a coach or trainer may want to incorporate into their workout and this brand, SKLZ, is top knotch from my experience.

This agility ladder has served it's purpose now for almost 5 months. It is used about 3 times a week and has held up nicely. I expect that it should last a long time. The only drawback is that the rungs do occassionaly slip and must be moved to the correct position.

I coach soccer for kids under 10 and I use the ladder to initiate the kids into "fast feet" training. I stake it out on the actual soccer field. The length of the ladder and the size of the space were ideal for the young kids and it fulfilled its purpose. My only complaint is that it should be able to be staked in the middle as well as the ends to minimize shifting.

This product came on time and was easy to assemble. The dvd that came along with it was very helpful for examples on how to use the agility ladder. I would recommend this product. Great price as well.

Everything nice and fast and the product exactly what it says and what I expected...
The only difficult part is to do the workouts of SHAUN T. ASYLUM.

I use this with all my sports teams and it works very well in improving all the kids foot speed.

I just received it and plan on using it tomorrow. This looks like a great ladder that will work well for my bootcamp. The CD and poster are very useful too.
