This is a simple device that does what it promises to do, i.e. let you know if you're swinging out to in, and encourage you to swing in to out. My only complaint was that there weren't any directions; it isn't immediately clear where to set the device up in relation to the ball, but it turns out it doesn't matter much. I didnt find this of much value. You had to position it exaclty to be of any use. Also I had to take one side off to use. There are no instructions for drills with this product. ON the positive, it is well built

This is a simple device that does what it promises to do, i.e. let you know if you're swinging out to in, and encourage you to swing in to out. (Based on the website video, apparently you put the ball in the center). Anyway, seems to work and do what they said it would.
