This is a great training tool. These are weighted baseballs which are significantly heavier than a normal baseball. What I like about this product is that it helps build up arm strength and speed, by throwing the ball and playing catch. Something that baseball players normally do. I highly recommend this product.

These weighted softballs are great for warming up! I play softball and use these to loosen up and a softball feels like its not even there. It has worked great to strengthen the shoulder and throwing arm. A great seller and comes recommended!
