I was leary about buying this without reviews, but I went against my better judgement and bought it. I'm glad I did though. Though I've still yet to get everything running right under Ubuntu Linux, I'm almost done. When I plugged it in, I instantly got playback of everything I said into the mike, and quality is very good. It shipped days before it was set to as well. I'm planning on using this for animation voice overs and the sort (look at super stickman on google video or youtube in a week or so) and it seems well suited for that purpose. I just can't think about one thing that the product is lacking, well, I suppose the design could be a BIT sturdier, but it seems good to me.

A very high quality microphone headset for an amazingly low price. The sound comes through crisp and clear all in full stereo/surround sound and the microphone is great for "Instant Message" clients such as "AIM" or "Skype",that use voice chat. Very conformable and for PC gamers there couldn't be a much better or cheaper,high quality headset such as this. A defiant must buy for all PC/Laptop owners out there! 5/5!

It's tight on your head, but it installs easily, and does the job well.. I get clear Skype communication with it.

The headset was delivered quickly. It worked almost immediately, I just had to adjust the volume.

For the money this is a great voip headset; it's perfect for conference calls with folks overseas, with no noticable echo and the sound quality is good. There's no answer/cutoff switch, it just plugs in -- so be sure your PC has mic and hd-set jacks that are easily accessible. The cord is bulky, but works fine at my desk. Really the only inconvenience is having to plug and unplug for calls, but I only use it for occassional International calls/meetings. If you use VOIP regularly you'll want to shop for a higher-end headset with answer controls.

Im pretty surprised at the quality for the price, they sound great, and they are comfortable. The only reason I gave them 4 stars is because you have to talk kind of loud for the hands free mic to kick on. Other than that they are great!!

ok at first my review was talking about how the mic didnt work... but now it does! yay! :P definitely worth buying! :D sound is great and my voice is loud and clear

I wasn't sure when I ordered this if it would work at all but was pleasantly surprised. The quality, especially considering the low price, is great. I use it to talk to someone in another country and it is like speaking to them on a regular phone. I can recommend this to anyone who needs a good headset and who doesn't have a lot of money to spend on one.

This headsets is great, cheap and long-lasting. The cord is extra protected, so it won't get ripped if you step on it by accident or anything. It has a volume to let you adjust, but not the mic (You can do it via control panel). Good quality sound if you just gaming on your computer to just listening to some music. The mic is good quality for just talking on ventrilo (Or anything above), but don't use noise suppression or anything related to making background cancel (because it will cause problems and make you sound like you are mumbling). I've missed the package and it went to my nearest postal office which was a block away. Received in a nice small package, ready to be installed with no CD, or anything (just plug in and install by itself). If you are using realtek, make sure it's open so it can work (Only if you already plug it in first and realtek already detected it, then you can close the realtek control panel (If you are using something like gamebooster to increase gaming performance).

The headset is adjustable if you have a big head. It's semi-tight on head, but not that tight to hurt your hears. The pads on the headphones is nice and soft for your hears. The only minor problem is that you cannot increase MIC level which is nothing. If my buddys can hear me just fine, it's alright. You might have to go to the application software to adjust too. Sometimes the Mic part (The covering) sometimes fall off. So watch out for that sometimes. Make sure you keep the build-in sound volume integrated near you for quick adjustment as you cannot hear almost nothing in the background. Just don't keep it all over the place to and you will be good. It was made to last long with these kind of wires. But the top part of the headphones seem like it can snap easily for any kind of stepping on to it etc.
