Although I was quite distressed to have to purchase these products at all(downstairs neighbor had bedbugs),I was relieved to find these bedding encasements (mattress, boxspring and 2 pillows) that were much more reasonably priced than others I had browsed online and in big box stores. When my exterminator saw my set of encasements, he commented on how adequate they seemed and approved of them. They fit my pillow-top queen bed well, provide additional comfort and protection and I'm pleased to report that the situation has been satisfactorily resolved. Highly recommend!

Bought this less than a month ago and we're still in the process of elimination whether the bites we get are from bed bugs, fleas, or other forms of insects. But having this to protect our mattress is a good start. We bought the queen but the fit is a little loose. It's fine though. At least we don't have a hard time putting it in or getting it off. Easy to clean and you won't feel like you're sleeping on paper.

My wife and I were looking for a mattress protector that would fully encase the matress. This was it. Although it is not a tight fit, the slack makes the cover go on easier than the very tight fitting one's where you literally have to fight it on. I was concerned with "extra" material, because it might bunch and create little bumps. We've had the covers for over a week and this has not happened. Our beds are as comfortable as they were before, and had we not been the one's to have covered the mattress, we would have not known that a cover was added. The only reason I gave it four stars, and not five, is because ELF encourage you to use the "ELF" spray before encasing the mattress. Even though they state that the fabric, "not chemicals", protect you, the instructions state to spray the mattress before putting on the cover. This may be necessary for those with bed bug or other infestations, but we were satisfied with just covering the mattress, and not using the spray. I would recommend this product to those who want to fully cover their mattress.

Poor choice on my part, I should have studied the reviews better (if there were any). So-called "cotton-like fabric" seems suspiciously like polyester to me. Maybe they could bother to say what the fabric IS made from. I have a 9-inch queen (actually about 8") and it practically took an act of God to put it on! No real seams to follow to get it straight and it's impossible to adjust. Says it's washable but I can't imagine trying to get it off and back on again. Cheap nylon zipper. Wished I'd ordered the all cotton cover by allerease.

This product does as promised. The only downside is you must be careful when moving or the material will tear....

The cover barely fit our standard 9" mattress- and the cheap zipper was so flimsy it tore instantly! I don't know what this company thinks it is doing.

I was fearful of attempting to put this product on my queen-size mattress without ripping it after reading some of the reviews here, but I had absolutely no problems, even though I did it all by myself! I think the material is quite strong and resistant to tearing. It did not create any exceptional heat for me and I find it comfortable to sleep on, although you will be aware that the product is there-its a little stiff but apparently will soften up with repeated washings.

I am extremely allergic to dust mites so I had high hopes for this product. Unfortunately, it did not completely eradicate my allergy. I have noticed a slight decrease in my symptoms but not nearly as much as I was expecting. I also use the Sleep Safe pillow covers so between the 2 I was hopeful for a better outcome. I still recommend it as you may achieve better results.

This was for my mother's new mattress for the guest bedroom. I actually got 2 and had to send one back and get a deeper cornered one. I didn't pay proper attention to the depth. It has been a while since I bought bedding and many of the new beds are thicker, like pillow tops. We also got the pillow cases. Allergen reduction is very important for our family's sleep quality. I also liked the fact that it is a total encasement of the mattress not just a cover over the top.

Thankfully, after alot of searching, I was able to find this high quality cover which is made in the USA. The Sleep Safe cover fabric washed very well- The one I replaced was falling apart after being washed only once. Sleep Safe was also much easier to put on- the old cover had a zipper of such poor quality that it would get stuck constantly. I am very happy with the Sleep Safe mattress cover (and pillow covers) fabric, construction, price (the ones at local retailers were more expensive, and not made in the USA), and performance.

Product fit perfectly around my mattress which has a pillow top and does "pillow out" past 9 inches. I would recommend this product.
