5.0 out of 5 stars Exciting and tightly written, September 26, 2011

This review is from: Snake Eye (Kindle Edition)
Having read most of Dietz' sci-fi work, he honestly surprised me with this very tightly written crime thriller. I'm not a huge fan of crime or thrillers, but the writing is so tight and the situations so compelling that I was quickly drawn in. While there is always something to say that a writer might have done differently; for me, at least, the errors or issues with this book were minor and easily over looked.

This book opens with an assault on a University lab by eco-terrorists and Dietz keeps it real by not having the "good guys" win every round. From the opening action to the closing scene, I found the characters easy to buy into and I found my self continually turning the pages, not wanting to put it down. What more needs to be said?
