I was looking for a product to help me gain a better pump while exercising and performing martial arts and to help me recover faster. I used Creatine Monohydrate powder years ago but hated the chalky taste, infamous creatine bloat and stomach gurgling. I read some good things about Creatine Ethyl Ester and wanted to give it a try. I found the SNI brand by accident since it was the only brand in stock at the local store I went to. I have been using it for a few days, 3 before and after a workout, and already feel positive results. I definitely experience a better pump and am able to exercise longer. I also do not feel as "beat up and sore" as I usually do after a workout and for the rest of the day. As far as strength gains, a main reason most people use creatine supplementation, I can't really comment on that because at the moment I am mainly doing martial arts and high repetition exercises(since I am in the initial stages of my full workout cycle). I know that what works for one person might not work for another as you can tell by the reviews of nearly every single product out there. I am definitely glad I found this product and plan on using it for awhile.

Solid creatine in pill form. Good recovery and can lift a long time without getting tired. This is the best creatine for the price out there. Not much strength gain, but it is a little easier and does give you a pound or two of muscle. Good price, I lift weight 6 days a week for three hours and this helps me get through my workouts. Very solid product for the price.

didnt really notice much of a difference, i stack it with lipo 6 so i get a lot of energy from it as well. I also take two capsuls, break them and mix it with my protein shake that I take to the gym so I can just drink it after my workout.
