Bornand raised in Florida, Carole Christie Moore Adams graduated from Palm Beach High School in West Palm Beach. Shehas a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and a Bachelor of Science degree inmathematics from Stetson University, DeLand, Florida, plus graduate study with honors in mathematics.After teaching for several years in upper school and college, she spenttwenty-six years playing with large mainframe computers and retired as acomputer systems specialist. She has written technical documents andoccasionally has taught classes and given speeches pertaining to her softwareoccupation. She lives in Delawarewith her husband, John Benjamin Adams, Jr., a retired Ph.D. research chemistwho is a published author of patents and technical literature articles.

Delightful reading. Short stories of one woman's life experiences while growing up, and of the man she loves. Like reading the diary of a close friend with all the juicy parts.

I was given a copy of "Snippets" for my birthday (Thanksgiving Day), and I spent the weekend reading it. What a delightful experience! The vignettes (snippets) of one woman's life, and her love for a man, kept me turning pages until much too late both nights. I felt as though I was getting to know the people in the book, and I wanted to spend more time with them. This book is like a late night phone call from a friend who has a lot of stories to tell. I recommend it to anyone who wants to experience a warm and inspiring story.
