Gutted a deer first day i got it. 6 degrees outside. used the hook to open, knife to split ribs and remove most of entrails, used saw to split pelvis, back to knife and stood it up and all entrails fell cleanly to ground with a little help from knife. i would make the push pin on the handle a different color. hard to see when snow or mud covered.
