The Mini X-Ray Vision is a great small knife that is truly a confortable carriable (if you carry a larger knife and bend down, you know what I mean). With the low carry clip the knife is inconspicuous and comfortable to wear.

This knife ships with a very sharp blade, and with the Arc-Loc it is possible to draw, open, close and replace the knife with one hand. Now that's useful!

The low carry clip makes a waistband carry feasible in situations where it is inappropriate to display the end of knife handle protruding from your pants. This carry comes at the expense of less than a second's delay in draw time. We can hope SOG will begin to offer it on the full-sized X-Ray Vision as well.

The Arc-Loc is functionally equivalent to an Axis-Lock from an engineering perspective, differing only in that the locking pin does not slide in a track, rather it is at one end of a quarter-inch-long linkage having a pivot at the opposite end.

The action is very smooth and low-friction.

Excellent operating mechanism is easy to open and close and very secure. Great blade design. Low carry clip is very strong and holds knife below the pocket line for discreet carry. Lightweight.

All it purports to be, this sharp knife very easily opens and closes with quick, one-handed movements. As with many other users, I find the well-placed clip perfect for discreet carrying although -- as the only negative -- it is way too tight.

Wow! I absolutely love this knife. I collect knives and this is one of my favorites. It opens up very easily with one hand. The steal ATS-34 blade is extremely strong and razor sharp. Plus, the design of the blade and handle is fantastic. SOG is a great knife company!

Very smooth opening- opens as quickly as an assisted blade with just a thumb flick. Excellent use of the bar lock (Arc- Lock) makes it easy to close with a very strong lock. Blade holds an edge well and is a good balance between serrated/ straight portiions.

I bought this knife several years ago but didn't fully appreciate it until I began purchasing other knives. First of all, this is one mean looking knife. It is one of the most visually intimidating folders I own. The blade comes sharp and the arc loc mechanism is smooth and extremely sturdy. I find the sog arc loc to be superior in every way to benchmade's axis lock. Where benchmade's axis lock feels loose and weak, the arc loc feels stiff and of a much higher quality. Due to the positioning and design of the clip, the knife sits as low as possible in your pocket. The ergonimics of the handle provide a comfortable feel and the jimping on the top of the blade give good thumb traction. I highly recommend this knife.

I carry this knife everyday and find it very useful for all jobs. The knife keeps a sharp edge and the design makes it easy to open and close.
I really like this knife and will likely buy this brand again.

You won't find a better knife out there. I have 2 and they are great for around the house or out in the woods. Highly durable and they look great. A great gift for an outdoors person.
