Seems to be decently made and is about what was expected. the leather does seem fragile and easily ripped so be careful not to bump into anything with it. If you need a briefcase but don't have the budget for one that will last three generations then this one will get you by. I can tell you that you do NOT want to go cheaper with the other 20-30 dollar options on Amazon. Trust me on this one, you will be disappointed and won't get much use out of the product and have to spend more to replace it and wait for the shipping...you get the idea.

Not only am I impressed with the speed of receiving this item, the quality is top notch. It has many compartments for all of my husband's computer needs along with his laptop computer which has it's own compartment. The price was also very reasonable.

I read the reviews and i should have believed what i read. The briefcase is eye-pleasing but the quality of leather really is poor. I just know that it wont last me very long for the weekly usage that i needed it for. And just like most said, it really did arrive with the leather already scratched up or coming off in places. Overall would`nt bye again...but if you dont have the money, this is an affordable and reasonable quick option if you need something right away.

Its excellent so far. It looks professional, not cheap. You are getting your moneys worth. =)

This was a Christmas gift, for my husband, when he opened it on Christmas morning I was very disappointed. The carring strap was not in the box, and to me it did not expand enough. However because my husband is not a hard man to please,he said those things did not matter. Thus he is using the attache. I wanted to send it back.

The briefcase is average. I was anticipating more room in it. It seems like it has a lot of wasted space. Also, the other day the locks got jammed. The was no code in the briefcase but it locked up.

Construction of the latch is that of a $20 breifcase. I am glad I did not pay $65 at staples, I would have been pissed. Not as big as it looks. My widescreen 15.6" laptop barely fits and I cannot get any papers in it with my laptop and accessories. If you carry no accessories such as portable drives, etc. you will be fine.In retrospect I would have paid a little more for a better breifcase. All in all, a B+ or A- in respect of price to quality.... degrade because of low quality on the latch. I believe that is the biggest thing that seperates each case in price.. the more expensive cases probably have a better latch system....

This is one of the best briefcases I have ever used. But, when it arrived no paperwork at all. Not even a note telling me that I would have to figure out what the combination was. After a frustrating day of push jiggle and swearing, I realized that the internet can help you fix most things. Anyway after doing a search for combination locks, I found the solution. My combination is xxx and xxx. I think I'll glue those numbers in place in case I get older and can't remember things.

I purchased this attache case for my husband. It is a great leather case for the price. It has plenty of pockets for organization and appears to be sturdy. My husband prefers the hard cover attache cases. We are very pleased with the purchase.

While the product is overall very good, one should consider the weight of a laptop and all roadwise office materials. A simple improvement would be a much more sturdy carry strap. Stronger clasps would also be a desireable addition.
