Just recently got back into gaming on my PSP and I decided to purchase a screen protector. This product was Amazon prime eligible so I figured why not. The fast deliver was about the only good thing I experienced with this product. BTW, I own a PSP 1001 (the original launch model)

Pros: It arrived quickly.

Cons: Screen protector doesn't cover the entire screen. Even if you managed to do a perfect application there would still be space on the sides.

Had the usual two tab application process, but the tabs didn't pull the different layers off. Instead, the tabs came right off the layers and I had to use my nails to get the extra layer of film off. Once you touch the screen protector itself you can forget about ever having a smooth application to your PSP, as you'll know have lint or oil on the screen protector. Once the tabs came off I knew I wasn't going to like how it looked once I finished.

As is, I have the screen protector on my PSP but it doesn't fit the screen and aforementioned probs with the tabs has resulted in some weird spots on the protector.

Not sure if Sony made the newer PSPs with smaller screens, but if you own the launch model I'd look elsewhere.

Bought this for my psp 2000(slim), product came fast and in brand new condition. Screen protector is super clear and easy to put on, just make sure to wash hands and have psp very clean to prevent un-removable air bubbles. I'm not too sure if this product was meant just for the psp 1000(fat), but the screen protector was a little over-sized. So some of it is actually on the psp itself. Other than that it's a really good screen protector, only comes with one so becareful putting it on.

The screen cover is a one-time-use item, which is rather nice for protecting the easily scratched PSP screen. The package contains only one cover, but this is usually enough (unless you are a coal miner or work with explosives all day.) As the package contains only one screen it's rather cheap as well, which is the way it should be. As a last note, the adhesive is designed specifically to leave no residue once the cover is removed, which is a nice touch.

Had a tough time trying to find a screen protector for my Archos 43 device.

When the psp fist came out, I bought a screen protector and it lasted for 6 years along with my original psp. Well, I ended up buying a new psp, and this screen protector. It came with one protector, and I could not put it on without getting bubbles. Not just one, but so many it was impossible to get it on. The first psp I bought, I had NO problems getting the screen on, and it was easy, and simple. This was clumsy, and impossible to put on. I just threw it away, because once you get it on, it's done. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone.

The best thing I like about this film is that you hardly get any smudges on your screen. Before I put it on I was always getting finger smudges on my screen. Now it's very rare to see them on there. It definately made a difference. Plus it protects your screen from scratches.

Placed it on my psp 3000 and could not get the bubbles out. Had to throw it away because it had too many bubbles.

Considering I paid less then a dollar including shipping I didn't expect anything amazing. It does increase the glare which is not to big a deal. I managed to get it on with few air bubbles but you really only get one attempt or it doesn't stick as well. Definitely will not leave any residue on your screen if you don't like it. As for protecting the screen it does its job perfectly so far. I have a psp 3000 and it covers about 97% of the screen. If you want an inexpensive protector this is not a bad one, just know its not going to be perfect.

I bought 3 of theses and am very dissapointed. The product has stickers that do not come off. If you manage to get the stickers off the shield either doesnt apply or has too many airbubles to work. The one at Gamestop for $10 is much better. It only took one try to get the shield to work. The Gamestop version is much better

easy to apply, looks good, good instructions, what else do you need for a dollar? why does a decent ipad protector cost 10x as much?
