This was a replacement for my Sony Viao FJ series Battery, which died after 2 years of use.(thats a different subject..) Seems to hold up well after 4 months of use. (Not a regular Notebook User) the only Drawback is that it does not specify the color of the battery, the base of my laptop is Jet Black and the Battery I received is a grey.....now my laptop looks like its wearing someone elses pants. hehe, they should have mentioned the color or atleast an option to choose from. But otherwise the battery is good.

More power (run time) than OEM battery. Battery failed in less than a month, replaced under warranty. Replacement has been working great.

Item arrived as promised in a brand new pack.

Something I realized when installing the battery in my Vaio is that this is not a Sony made product.

Dont' get me wrong it works fine. My original 9cell died after 3 years of use and abuse. Have this one for a couple of days and so far so good.

This battery works perfect with my sony vaio laptop, i bought it few months ago and still works as new.

I ordered the wrong model. Still, customer service was fast and very helpful the correct one has already arrived and it's working fine.

Delivery was fine, but the information about what type of Sony vaio vgn-AR was not accurate enoguh. So in my case lost money !

With this battery I have maybe 30 mins of battery life. Not what I expected.

cheap and excellent does a great job; at 35 to 50% less than the sony website.

I like this replacement battery. It fit perfectly in my Sony Vaio laptop and it does what is says it would do.

Smooth transaction and the battery worked out of the box on a finicky laptop. It's a sony sz140p, and we went through three batteries last time we had to replace one. This one was a drop-in replacement.
