I loved this product! At first, I broke out more when I used it, but that is to be expected: by exfoliating, it took away my dead cells and brought the acne that was under the surface to the surface. Then, after I continued with the acne cleansing, within a week my skin was perfectly clear, and the areas that once had the subtle but unattractive under-the-surface acne was now smooth and clear. However, do not expect the exfoliating to be able to completely reduce deep-acne scarring; it smoothed out my few deep scars on my temples, but it did not completely rid me of them. It is a shame that I can't ever find this product anymore!

This product actually work. The head where the sponge goes doesnt move, the actual hand held device vibrates which actually helps exfoliate the skin gently. But the bottle that says repairing lotion isnt a lotion but it can act as an emergency pimple remover. At night put some toner on the blemish and then with a q-tip put a dime sized amount of the lotion on the area n den let it dry and turn white wash it off in the morning it will be less red and after some treatments it should be gone. over all this product is great.
