spa2go is junk,

I bought one of these in October of 2008 and have had 2 bad pumps so far. They both started leaking after 30 days and the company charges you $89.00 to replace them with refurbished ones. I would not reccommend anyone waste their money on this product.

I know how much I rely on reviews before purchasing a product ...so i thought i would give a quick summary...bought this for my 40th birthday present...and love it so far.. prompt delivery from active forever..paid $777 for spa and chemicals..bought lime green product...very comfy..looks smaller than I anticipated once set up but plenty of room once you get in... like other reviews for same product yes it does drop the temp. when you run the jets but often I just sit in like a bath...I've been in nearly every day since I got it and find it really relaxing...was worried about the chemicals but they seem to be balanced just right...give the bromine a couple of days work.....takes time to heat up when you first set up (about 24 hours).. had it for 6 weeks so not sure yet about electricity which is my biggest concern but will update when I know...so far I can say would spend the $777 again without hesitation

We purchased this product in November 2009 and it is now September 2009; and thus far we have had to send the pump back 2 times with a 3rd return to be scheduled in a few days. The worst part is that the last time we sent the spa pump in for repair we had to pay for shipping both ways for a cost of over $80.00.
This spa does not hold up over time. We have not had the spa a year and both the body and top covers are splitting and falling apart. Do not waste your money and avoid the frustration.
