I know there's alot of SPAM lover's out there, low sodium is the way to go to have the taste and keep better health. Price it out, I will always have SPAM, Amazon's prices is a bit better than Costco.

The SPAM is a great product, however the box must have been too large to get the items to me without damage. Two of the six cans were so badly dented that I cannot use them.

And I like it with less salt.But they should reduce it some more, if possible. It is still saltier than what I like and I eat a lot of salt; I have never cut back on salt for healh reasons; I'm 86 and doing fine.
I like spam with mashed potatoes and southern gravy and some veggies, or just browned in a pan and placed between 2 slices of french bread. With a leaf of lettuce if available, but not necessary.
I have ordered turkey Spam and hope it has less salt than this spam, but whatever, I'm sure it will be good.

I like to order spam here in Amazon.com. It is much cheaper than normal market such as walmart, Kroger, Frys, etc.

If you like Spam, you'll like this. I was really hoping that the reduced sodium version would not be as salty, but honestly it tasted the same as the regular ones. I'm a little disappointed by that. I don't salt my food very much, so maybe for the heavier salt users out there, this would be perfect.

I'm one of those spam lovers for a lot reasons.........you can do so much with it and the cans with less salt is perfect, as I am not a salt lover. Prefer pepper, but this is convenient. I love getting it in a 6 pack. Good quantity for the price and so easy to deal with it.. Will definitely buy again and again.

There are people out there who love to hate spam. Often a big criticism of Spam is that it is too salty. Low Sodium Spam solves the problem. I recently purchased a 6 can package of 25% Less Sodium Spam and it is great. The meat is not too salty at all. What is good about Spam is that it is easier to digest than unprocessed meat, has less water weight like ham does, and lasts pretty long. Spam has no hard bits of bone or cartilage that some meats have. Those annoying things could be found in other processed products. Spam doesn't have them, so in that sense it is safe too. Of course due to preservatives it contains it is not something you should eat every day, but that is common sense of any preserved meat product. Other two healthier Spam versions are Oven Baked Turkey Spam, and Spam LITE. Spam LITE and Turkey have less fat as well. Good alternative source of protein compared to expensive canned Tuna, which can contain small traces of Mercury

I would not buy any can goods from Amazon. The packaging was practically nonexistent and 4/6 of the cans were damaged. Essentially paid for 2 cans of spam. You have been warned!
