Ok, I bought this to go under a silk little dress. Good looking it's not, but then that's not what we all buy them for now is it? :-) What I don't get, and maybe someone can help me out, you HAVE to attach it to your bra because of rolling...how are you suppose to go to the bathroom without taking 20 min to unlatch and reattach all the bra straps???

I agree the bodysuit is very sliming but the bra straps are useless. I love the fact it stretches but since I wear mine frequently, I think I over stretched it! Definitely want to wear it only when needed. I'm currently looking for a replacement.

I appreciate the control and comfort but the straps to hold in place by my bra are useless.

After so much hype over the product I decided to purchase it to wear under a few of my dresses but it was useless. The straps to hold it in place do not work. It's pointless to even have them on there. It's constantly rolling down, I literally had to use safety pins to keep it up and let me tell you it is not worth the hassle. I wore mine once and tossed it in the back of the closet where it will probably collect dust until I decide to throw it out. I do not recommend this product.

i love love love this product! i just got it today and decided to test it on the clothes that i could never wear before due to my bulging belly. problem solved with this miracle bodysuit! not only that, but i had no trouble whatsoever with fitting it, the material is soft so its not that difficult to get in to. i feel like i can wear it everyday, but i wont, im afraid i might overstretch it! im definitely buying more of spanx in the future.

generally a good bodysuit...but i guess nothing is perfect. it shapes your waist very well and does not show a pantyline...however the little straps they come with don't really hold it up and are really bulky so they show underneath your clothes....to stop the rolling without using the straps they come with, i used regular bra straps...but then i can only wear the spanx with certain outfits...but in the end it enhances your tummy area in a really nice way.

Buying this product you have to know there are some things you just can't fix with shape wear. My postpartum tummy is one of these things. Does a good job smoothing everything out but my bulge still protrudes. Also unless you strap to your bra ( which i haven't because it scratches me ) it is going to fall down. Which can also feel scratchy. Altogether if you have the money to spend then by all means do but if you are like me and having to buy diapers, spend your money on something cheaper that will do the same thing.

I purchased Spanx Slim Cognito Mid Thigh Body Shaper in Feb. The large was huge on me so I called to do an exchange. They said they would send a Med and credit me for the return when they received it. When I didn't get a credit I called several times and was told they may not have processed it yet, try back. Later I was told that they had changed their customer service company and couldn't look up my order anymore, that they would have to put in a request and someone would call me back within 24-72 hrs. I called three times and no one ever called me back. The kicker is that my credit card company can't file a dispute now because they put me off for more than 60 days. Now I am out the $72 for the return AND out $72 for the medium because even in the correct size I think this product is WORTHLESS!!! Even with the bra loops is falls down and it does not suck me in as well as my other shapers. Yes, it is more comfortable, but who cares if it doesn't get the job done!!!!!!!!! DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS PRODUCT AND BE WARRNED IF YOU DO THAT THEY HAVE HORIABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

I tried this on in a store, and fortunately tried my clothes on over it before buying. It left bad panty lines showing through my slacks - very unattractive! I am looking for a shaper for my mid-section that provides some butt shaping, but without the panty lines. Don't really need the thigh shaper so have avoided the thigh-length models.
