This product although pretty pricey does what is says it does even under T-shirts it remains completely unnoticeable. Smooths out all the "back fat" rolls no matter what you wear. I love all SPANX products they all do what they claim to do.

The brown color is nice, but it is too small in the waist even though I followed the size chart. The waist part is so tight it doesn't work and the top part is too large, even with a bra under it.

It is supposed to be tight, because it is a Spanx. But, it is still tight for the size chart.

I ordered a Spanx top from the Spanx company in a size...

It is supposed to be tight, because it is a Spanx. But, it is still tight for the size chart.

I ordered a Spanx top from the Spanx company in a size larger and it fits right and does the job of smoothing (and you can fit a bra under it). I also ordered one with adjustable straps to fix the problem of being too loose on the top of the garment.

love this cami. my original one showed under certain shirts but this one matches the line of my bras and so becomes seamless under shirts.
