The PROs:

Passive cooling (i.e. QUIET).
1 Gig RAM, 128 bit width to the RAM (unusual at this price point).
16 stream processors (nvidia 9400GT)
DX10 support
Only 300W Power Supply requirement.

All these things make this an excellent buy to put in a "low end" business computer and turn it into a mid-range gaming PC.

The CONs:

Large heatsink that could cause a fit issue in some PC's.
Not small form factor (cannot use with "small" PC's).

This card performs well and it is relatively cheap. I installed this one in my HTPC so it does not get as much use as my main machine, but it has done well so far after about a month of use. We usually watch Netflix or surf the web on this machine every other day for a few hours. The only complaint I have is that we occasionally get some blue discoloration while watching videos, but that could be a TV or DVI cable issue as well (or a Netflix issue, which would probably be solved if they would ever port over to Linux). Overall, a good card that does everything I need it to do.
