You can also create messages in advance and have Artisoft WinBEEP send them out on a scheduled basis. To keep track of messages and their status, Artisoft WinBEEP maintains a log that you can print and review. WinBEEP features a streamlined interface and easy setup and install with the installation wizards. You can personalize messages with user signature and time stamp, predefine messages for frequently repeated correspondence, and polish messages with a built-in spell checker. Organize contacts in your WinBEEP address book and categorize them into easy-to-reference groups. Integrate WinBEEP paging capabilities into Windows applications through DDE and MAPI support.
