I bought this a few weeks ago and absolutely love it. I carry my Zire 21 in my pants pockets, which it was getting turned on in my pocket and either my battery was getting ran down or I was getting random entries into everything. So I started looking into hard cases for the zire. I could only find two, this one and the the one that comes from Palm. I saw nothing but negative reveiws for the other case so I took my chances with this one and I am very please with the results! This case protects my Zire 21 perfectly. The spring open lid is very nice and the way they hold the stylus in the case is ingenious! The only minor (and I mean very minor) problem is you do have to take the Zire 21 out of the case to charge or hot sync. BUT, taking it out is very very easy and quick which makes this minor problem be no problem at all.
