After receiving my new screen protector I was excited to install my "high end" purchase. Instalation was average in difficulty. After finishing the install I noticed an imperfection in the screen protector itself.
I removed the product and put it back in the original box and returned it to the manufacturer. I was told they never received the returned item! Ok, not the end of the world however they also had the audacity to tell me they had no order number for me. When I replied with my order number they informed me that they could do nothing for me because they had no record of my purchase!!!
Needles to say this upset me a great deal. This is an expensive product that should yield high profit margins for the manufacturer and to not "Gladly" replace something due to customer dissatisfaction if mind boggling.
Their customer service representitive "Sue" would not help me to get in touch with anyone else for me to plead my case and has now stopped responding to my e-mails. Thanks a lot!!

Amazon Verified Purchase
Similar to other reviewers here, during the installation of the protector the adhesive pulled away from the back side--resulting in a large (approximately 1" x 2") adhesive 'blotch' underneath the protector. It looked awful.
I went to the SGP web site ([...]) and submitted a complaint. "Hannah" courteously replied, apologized about the problem, and sent me a replacement--no questions asked. I later received an apology email from the marketing manager; he said the problem was due to a defective batch and that they are offering full refunds or free replacements.
The replacement arrived three days later--cross-country, no less. There were no adhesive problems with the replacement.
I love this protector! It prevents glare and fingerprints wonderfully.

Amazon Verified Purchase
Without a doubt the most miserable product I have ever purchased. Avoid it if you have high blood pressure. I'm out over $50 after failing to get a good application on both the iPhone and iPad. This product DOES NOT work as advertised in their video. I followed the instructions exactly and watched the installation video numerous times - they must be working in a vacuum assisted dust controlled room as you always end up with MANY small bubbles where dust is trapped and you cannot squeegee them out. Every time you lift the film to get at dust or remove bubbles the static electricity makes more dust cling to the film. Its not as if I haven't worked with screen protector films before, I spent years using them on my Newton Message Pad, my Palm Pilot, and my Treo. Save your time, money and patience. I curse the day I ever heard of SGP. BTW the Zagg shield went on my iPhone like a breeze just not as thrilled with the orange peel texture.

Bubbles Galore
