5.0 out of 5 stars SPRI ES541R Green and Red Xering.
As a Pilates Instructor I love the Reformer. And whenever I can, I try and duplicate some of the exercises with other equipment. These rings are multi-functional and being color-coded, makes it easy to increase resistance when required.

2.0 out of 5 stars Might be a good resistance tool but, not for me.
I saw it demonstrated on the view looked like it was for me. Personally the bands were very tight and irritated my ankles. -I think it may work for others but it was not how it thought it would be. Ithink if you weak or tender ankels these ar not for you.
