4.0 out of 5 stars Excellent but...
The ball quality is very good. It comes in Red. I am not sure whether you can choose other colors for this size, 65 cm. It seems to be big for women such as 5 ft tall. For men with 6 ft tall, I think it will be great. The only thing that I do not like about this ball is that the excercise chart is not useful. It gave you only six standard positions, which some of them you...

2.0 out of 5 stars The SMELL is unbarable
While the ball is fine, the smell is disgusting and even though i've had the ball out of the box and inflated for 2 weeks, even having left it outdoors for most of that time and washed it with soap and water... THE SMELL WON'T GO AWAY.

The smell is so powerful it overwhelms my entire apartment, and is a complete waste of money at this point.

It gave you only six standard positions, which some of them you may already know. You might want to find other resources such as DVD for how to use the ball effectively. Therefore, I gave it four stars.

This ball stinks, literally! I kept this ball inflated and OUTSIDE for at least a week and a half and I washed it as well and it still stinks! Plus I got it in grey--you should give the customer the choice of color. I was thinking I was getting the color blue, which is pictured on the box, upon ordering.

4.0 out of 5 stars Big Red Ball, January 4, 2006
This review is from: SPRI One-Ball-For-All Kit with 65-Centimeter Ball, Pump, and Exercise Chart (Sports)
I had no problem inflating the ball, and it is the correct size for me. It seems to be a good sturdy material. The only problem I had was with the exercise chart. It is worthless. It only illustrates 7 basic positions, and should not be advertised as part of the package.

This exercise ball is great! It gives me a major workout without moving around too much. As for the smell... I noticed on other reviews that some were turned off by the smell. It's a plasticy-rubber ball. That's what it smells like. It's not overwhelming, after a while you can't even smell it! If you're thinking of buying this, GO FOR IT! You'll love yourself for it!

The slogan of the free world used to be: One Man, One Vote. But if SPRI keeps making these qualities resistance products, One Ball For All may very well become resistance chant for generations!

And if quality balls aren't enough for the reasonable price tag, the pump and chart make it a deal to grab firmly!

3.0 out of 5 stars Ball isn't the size listed on box, September 6, 2007
This review is from: SPRI One-Ball-For-All Kit with 65-Centimeter Ball, Pump, and Exercise Chart (Sports)
This amazon page says "65cm (21-inch) ball (color may vary) is appropriate...". But 65cm is 25-26 inches, not 21.

The box I have on my lap now does correctly say "65cm/25 inches", but it only inflates to 21 inches and the pressure makes it rock-hard at that inflation.

I'm trying to guess, do some people at the company think 65cm is 21 inches, so they thought they were putting the correct size ball in this box? Or did they just have a surplus of 21" and assume nobody would check to make sure it was the right size?

Other than that, it seems fine at first appraisal. The quality seems good, and the odor doesn't seem unusually strong or bad. If it weren't for being the next size lower than the one marked on the box I'd give it four or five stars, assuming it doesn't burst on me tomorrow.

The ball quality seems to be pretty good. I am 5'5" and it is a bit tall for me (I got it for my boys and for the pump). However the 55 cm is barely tall enough, and I may actually use this one for some of my own things. The 55 only goes up to 21" when inflated, per their instruction sheet. I may let this one deflate to 22" and use it. It isn't quite as thick as the Elite, but seems to be a good thickness, and suffice. I tried some exercises on it and give it a thumbs up.

The pump is the reason I gave it a 4 star instead of 5. It took a long time (minimum of 20 minutes) to pump. I did it while watching t.v., though, and it wasn't a big deal. It does fit the ball opening well. I used my pump from the everlast base and stretch band kit, and it was MUCH faster! It only took 5-7 minutes, but the tip did not fit into the ball opening as well, and was a little tricky.

2.0 out of 5 stars Flimsy ball, May 1, 2008
This review is from: SPRI One-Ball-For-All Kit with 65-Centimeter Ball, Pump, and Exercise Chart (Sports)
I was looking for an exercise ball to add to my trampoline workout. SPRI was a good brand that I have purchased several other items from to get professional quality products. I was very disappointed with how flimsy this ball is. It is a soft, lightweight gauge that doesn't feel sturdy enough to support any weight and it squishes down too much.
