This is more resistent than other medium resistence bands I have used and the handles are not fraying as quickly as others bands' handles. I think it its a good buy.

I haven't worked out in a while so I'm out of shape. I wasn't sure to get the light resistance or this medium - I went with the medium and am happy with it. It's not too much resistance and it really gives a nice work out. For your money, you can't go wrong with a Resistance Band. Can even be used sitting if you are immobile.

I rated it 4 stars because I don't know how it will hold up, and also, this is for a fit person so I feel the resistance should have been a bit too much for me (it wasn't). If you are somewhat fit, go up to a stronger band strength.
