This exercise ball works great for me - as a desk chair. I spend a lot of time at my computer, since I teach online, and I decided that sitting in a chair is just too lazy. This exercise ball is perfect. It has stayed perfectly inflated now for about 2 weeks, with tons of use. The pump is great, better than the old style pumps that needed a special tip. The tip is built right in, you don't have to worry about losing it. And it also comes with a little fork-like thing when you need to pry out the plug and inflate or deflate the ball. I haven't yet checked out the video, but I plan to start using the ball for exercise, too.

My trainer wanted me to get one of these. I looked on Amazon, found this one and ordered it. It wasn't the brand she suggested so I thought she might think I'd got an inferior product but in fact she said it was one of the best out there. I've had it a few months and it seems to be holding up well.

I recommend to use a ball pump instead of the pump that comes with the exercise ball.It took awhile to pump the ball. It was deceiving at first, thinking that it was a smaller sized balled they gave us, but if you pump the ball enough, it'll eventually stop growing at 21", actual size of the ball.
