I absolutely love the look of this bag. The problem is its size. I had to buy a smaller wallet and you can't fit any sort of make-up bag into it. I use it for special occasions, but it's not an every day purse if you have a lot of things to carry. I wanted this to be my summer handbag, but it's just to small.

I didn't know what I was in for when I bought this purse. I saw that it looked cool and that it was under $30.00. Ok, it was a birthday present for myself, and I couldn't resist.

However, it was so much cooler in person that I could have thought.

It's smaller than what I usually carry. The dimensions are somewhat misleading because I think it takes the "scales" into account, and the "scales" hang below the bottom of the actual purse. I didn't really have room for everything, but that's ok--I just had to pare down. Do I really need to carry eight tubes of lipstick for one night out? No. So, I lived.

It has pockets, which makes finding your cell phone and money and stuff easy. The strap fits easily, but snuggly, under your arm. The "scales" are all sewn on separately, and the bag is shiny.

I got compliments from literally every woman I saw, and one of my good friends, who is quite urbane and educated, threatened, "You know I'm going to mug you out in the parking lot for that purse, right?"

I said, "Get your own, they're on amazon.com for less that $40.00!"

This isn't an everyday bag for me, which will probably extend its life span. But it's really, really cool--very distinctive. It's a great addition to your collection. I wore it to a very informal occasion (my own birthday party), but I think I might try it the next time I'll have to dress up, as I find it more appealing than the typical, tiny clutch.
