Excellent glove liners,

I enjoy riding year round, but I don't like wearing bulky gloves. These glove liners were the answer. They provide the added warmth and allow you to use soft leather gloves without becoming too stiff and bulky. If the weather warms up while you're out, just remove the liners and keep riding. The price is right too. Highly recommended.

These silk liners are great for motorcycle gloves just keep them away from velcro otherwise they pill and get fuzzy. I just got these and they have been keeping my hands really warm even with my lightweight fall gloves. If you have winter gloves, these will definitely keep your hands warm on those cold days or long rides. Good (not great) wind blocking capability. Not overly thin like the ones I bought from LL Bean.

My wife and I just rode a local Toys For Tots ride with temps in the low 40's that dropped to the mid 30's before we finished. We wore She wore these under her light weight leather gloves and had no problems keeping warm. This is an excellent product. We would recommend this to anyone wanting to keep their hands warm without adding bulk!

these work well under ski gloves. Especially if you use those chemical hand warmers.

I bought these glove liners to wear under my everyday gloves when I walk my dog on those especially bitter cold days when I still need to remove the outer glove to attach and remove his leash etc. This site is an equestrian supply, not sports or ski wear. I don't ride but from their description and some other reviews here I think riders wear flexible leather gloves, while skiers wear thick, insulated gloves. I find ski glove liners to be light and shear - much more prone to runs and to pulling them off along with my thinner, everyday, leather outer gloves, which defeats their purpose and isn't really what they are made for. These gloves are thicker, more fitted to the hand, and don't pull off so easily when removing the outer glove. Therefore they perform as intended to keep my hands from getting really cold when I remove the outer glove, such as to retrieve money from my wallet and put change back in. They really keep my fingers toasty so I don't have to wait for my leather outer gloves to warm my hands up again - not their strong point. Today I went out with my dog and realized I had only put on the silk liners and had forgotten my outer gloves. Even in 25 degree weather I was surprised my hands were quite warm enough for the hour-long walk. Never would my shear silk ski glove liners have performed so well. After a month of use, no runs, no tears, very sturdy but comfortable and soft. Only reason for four stars instead of five is delivery from this vendor - not through Amazon - was a little slow; although understandable due to heavy volume of holiday mail. Still, Amazon would have gotten them to me faster. I recommend and would absolutely buy these glove liners again.

Thin and warm,

These glove liners are perfect for wearing under heavier gloves, even gloves that are a fairly snug fit. I bought these and a pair of heavier polypropylene glove liners for winter motorcycle commutes in south-central Pennsylvania. For days in the high 30's and 40's these do the job when worn under a pair of insulated bike gloves for shorter rides of 20 minutes or less. With their lack of bulk, they're much less noticable than the heavier polypro liners. For the cold rides, with temps in the teens to low 30's, I like to double them with the poly's under a pair of snowmobile mittens. I highly recommend this product, specifically because of their light weight, good insulating properties, durability (so far no problems), and good price.

Silky warmth to add to summer gloves,

These silk glove liners perform exactly how I hoped. I ride a BMW motorcycle that has a full fairing and heated grips. My favorite riding gloves are deerskin ropers, which work well in 3 seasons but since they are unlined do not offer much cold weather protection. Even with the fairing and the heated grips my summer gloves do not work well below 40 degrees. These silk liners are thin enough my ropers still fit fine over them, and the liners give just a tad more protection. The combination of the heated grips, silk liners, and ropers combined with the fairing giving some wind protection means I can ride comfortably down to 30 degrees. (If I use heavy duty winter gloves I lose dexterity, and do not get the benefit of the heated grips.) If I was still riding a HD motorcycle without a fairing these would be ok in the 40-55 degree range I think.

I ordered these in the evening and they were literally in my mailbox the next morning.Absolutely ridiculous. And they fit/feel great. The thumbs are a tiny bit long, but I'm a college student... not the Queen of England.

Good silk liners. Does what's its supposed to do. Because they're liners, don't expect them to keep your hands warm by themselves. I used them with leather gloves which is thinner & not too bulky. Keeps your hand warmer than using the leather gloves alone.
