Pocket Informant 2005 is the latest edition of this popular personal information management software. Track schedules, tasks, contacts, and record notes and then review it all in one of several different styles. The built-in software that typically comes with a pocket PC doesn't come close to the functionality of PI. Also, it syncs seamlessly with Outlook and backs up the information that way, too. Can't beat it!
