Verified Purchase
I received this item a week ago (6 Dec 13), at first glance it looked like a solid starter but nowhere was there any label as to it being a Nippon/Denso product as listed, the box it came in states otherwise and none of the paperwork refers it as an authentic Nippon Denso. I have purchase Nippon denso product before and it is labeled and coded and in its own box. Since i couldn't dwell on that i went ahead and had it installed by my mechanic (who also asked where i got it, because it did not look like a subaru product). it starts without hesitation and without having to restart. So far so good, i will update if any problems arise.
