When I received it and opened it it smelled really good. Don't believe it worked like it should have. Hubby came upstairs and said it smelled like cats when he came upstairs. I placed this deodorizer by one of the litter boxes we have upstairs and it was also in close proximity to the other one too, but I didn't really notice any great improvement as far as the air. :(

When I first opened this it was AMAZING! I liked it SO much I even wrote to the manufacturer raving about what a god-sent it was. AND the next day, I bought a second one. By the time they had gone down about a quarter of the way the clean fresh scent disappeared altogether. I used to walk into the room or walk by it and catch the faint scent. The only way you can smell it now is to stick your nose in the jar. I wouldn't buy it again. My local pet shop charges $12 for one. Not really worth it. Sorry.
