More About the Author
Darren Stein was born in Johannesburg, South Africa in 1973, and immigrated to Australia in 1996. He teaches History and Comparative Religion at a college on Sydney's North Shore. His art, short stories and poetry has been published widely, with some of his recent work appearing in Poetica, Twelve Winters Press, Words Apart, The Witty Bard, Rangitawa Press, Oddville Press, Corner Club Press, The Earl of Plaid, The Journal of Microfiction and HeadSpace Magazine.
Darren has published two anthologies. His first, Storage Space: A Collection of Contemporary Poetry was published by XLibris in 1998, and his second, The Nut House Poems, has just been released by Red Dashboard Publishing. Both are available through Amazon.
Darren's central philosophy is that poetry is about being human and sharing that humanity,
so that others can feel comfortable being human too.
