As a Pilates instructor, I am constantly on the lookout for new music to keep me and my students from falling into a rut. I heard this one and just knew I had to have it! This is a beautiful swirl of rejuvenating music that inspires me to come up with new choreography and sets for my classes. Stott Pilates has put together a really terrific cd with good lengths of warm-up and cool-down. The only way they could have made this cd better would have been to extend it to 60 minutes instead of just the 45. I'm on the lookout for more by Ed Majkut, but haven't found one yet. Stott does have another cd out called "Energize" which I also have, but I do like "Rejuvenate" so much more. I'd say it's a must have!
