The Pro series in the Stott repertoire is excellent. They utilize the equipment in creative ways while maintaining the integrity of The Method. The in-house PT offers valuable information for modifications and the biomechanics of each movement. The 2nd DVD on all the rehab series is primarily about anatomy and biomechanics. This information is excellent, but redundant because it is including on all the rehab DVD's. None the less, I would recommend this DVD series for any professional Pilates instructor.
